We SWASTIK ORGANICS always provide the best and result oriented product to our customers and always try to fulfil our client’s expectation. Even if customer is not satisfied or happy with product then he/she can return product within 3 days of its delivery . After 3 days return will not be possible.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Issue/Dispute related to Packet Weight or Damaged Packet recieved:
In such a case We required an uncut/unedited video of the packet recived and in case of weight issue,we would be requiring video of unopned packet on weighing scale.For order misatch items we would be requiring uncut/unedited video of the packet opening with visible packets inside.
Please share evidence to our support mail “info@swastikorganics.co.in” .We will varify it and if found to be true ,will compensate or refund for lossed quantity.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and after inspection, We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment or will ask your account details to transfer refunds, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/UPI account again.
Also wait some time ,There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping returns:
To return your product, you should mail your product to our Main office address
will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are
non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
